Operation steps of drug inspection machine
Date: 2025-12-30Read: 20
The drug inspection machine is a key equipment to ensure the quality and safety of drugs, widely used in drug production and inspection processes. The correct operation process can not only ensure data accuracy, but also extend the service life of equipment. The following is a detailed explanation of the standard operating procedures for drug inspection machines.
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Instrument inspection: Confirm that the equipment and accessories are intact and undamaged. If any damage or missing items are found, they should be replaced or supplemented in a timely manner. Check if the power connection is stable to avoid voltage fluctuations affecting operation.
2. Environmental adjustment: Ensure that the temperature and humidity in the operating area meet the requirements of the instrument, usually controlled within an appropriate range to reduce environmental interference. Clean the sample contact parts (such as sampling windows, stirrers), rinse with clean water for particle inspection, and avoid residue affecting the results.
3. Sample preparation: Check the packaging surface of the drug to be tested, remove dust or foreign objects, and ensure the representativeness of the sample. For viscous samples, dilution according to pharmacopoeia requirements should be carried out in advance, and the particle count of clean water should be measured to calibrate the data.
2、 Operation steps
1. Start the device: Connect the power, turn on the instrument switch, and wait for the self-test to complete (usually the indicator light changes from red to green to indicate normal). Preheat the equipment to ensure stable electronic components and light sources, ensuring measurement accuracy.
2. Parameter setting: Select the program mode according to the inspection requirements, such as setting the particle detection channel or titration type. Initialize the instrument to standby mode to avoid misoperation.
3. Sample testing: Place the drug to be tested in the sample slot and initiate the injection procedure. Observe the injection process to ensure uniform flow of the sample. If bubbles accumulate (commonly in viscous liquids), use the "exhaust method" to remove them to avoid counting abnormalities.
4. Data recording: After the instrument completes the inspection, record the results in a timely manner. Pay attention to monitoring the liquid level of the waste liquid bottle to prevent overflow and short circuit, especially when handling traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
3、 Post operation processing
1. Cleaning and maintenance: After the test is completed, thoroughly clean the sample contact parts and remove any residue. Turn off the power of the instrument, disconnect the connection, and prevent accidental startup.
2. Waste liquid treatment: Clear the waste liquid bottle to avoid excessive liquid level. Check the piping system to ensure there are no leaks or blockages, and prepare for the next use.
3. Environmental restoration: Organize the operating area, remove personal protective equipment, and keep the workbench clean.
4、 Safety precautions
1. Personal protection: Wear gloves, goggles, and other equipment during operation, especially when in contact with chemical reagents.
2. Avoid contamination: It is strictly prohibited to bring food or beverages into the operating area to prevent cross contamination.
3. Electromagnetic interference: Keep away from electronic devices such as mobile phones to reduce the impact of magnetic fields on instrument operation.
4. Emergency handling: In case of unstable counting or abnormal negative pressure, immediately stop testing and investigate the cause.
Following the above steps can ensure the efficient and safe operation of the drug inspection machine, providing reliable support for drug quality control. Operators should receive regular training to enhance their awareness of standards and emergency response capabilities.
