The upward rotating capsule dust collector is a specialized equipment used to remove dust on the surface of capsules. Its usage precautions should be combined with safety operation and equipment maintenance requirements, as follows:
1、 Safety operation standards
1. Power supply and grounding
The power cord should match the equipment power, the cable should comply with on-site safety standards, and ensure reliable grounding to prevent the risk of electric shock.
During maintenance, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and hang warning signs to avoid accidental operation.
2. Pre operation inspection
Confirm that the device direction is consistent with the arrow indication, and pay special attention after the first startup or power change.
Check the sealing of the dust collector (such as door panels and flange connections) to prevent air leakage from affecting the dust removal effect.
3. Monitoring during operation
It is strictly prohibited to have physical contact with rotating parts (such as fans and couplings) to avoid mechanical injury.
Observe the operating status of the equipment (such as noise, vibration, temperature rise), and immediately shut down for troubleshooting in case of abnormalities.
2、 Key points of equipment maintenance
1. Filter element/bag management
Regularly check whether the filter element or bag is clogged or damaged, clean or replace it in a timely manner, and ensure dust removal efficiency.
Avoid using in environments with strong viscosity or hygroscopic dust to prevent filter bag condensation and blockage.
2. Compressed air system
Control the injection pressure and pulse frequency to avoid motor overload caused by overpressure operation.
After shutdown, compressed air should be released to prevent residual pressure from causing danger.
3. Cleaning and sewage discharge
Regularly clean the accumulated ash in the ash hopper to prevent blockages from affecting equipment operation.
After discharging, it is necessary to promptly replenish water to the designated water level to avoid operating at low water levels.
3、 Environment and emergency measures
1. Environmental requirements
Maintain good ventilation to avoid the risk of explosion caused by dust accumulation.
Do not use in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or containing flammable and explosive gases.
2. Emergency response
In case of equipment malfunction or personal threat, immediately press the emergency stop button.
When electric shock or mechanical injury occurs, cut off the power supply before rescue.
By standardizing operations and regular maintenance, the lifespan of equipment can be effectively extended and production safety can be ensured. Specific parameter adjustments should refer to the equipment manual.
