Desktop filling machine operation process:

1. Open compressed air

The operator needs to first turn on the compressed air and maintain a stable air source with a pressure between 0.4-0.6MPa.

2. Turn on the power

The operator needs to ensure that the power supply of the equipment is clear and undamaged, and connect it to normal power supply. Turn on the power switch and confirm that the system can operate normally

3. Set parameters

Set the equipment parameters on the interface according to standard parameters, including measuring range, loading capacity, speed, etc., and also set the position of the penicillin bottle and the range of the flow meter.

4. Open the entrance of the penicillin bottle

Place the penicillin bottle into the inlet, connect the inlet pipeline, and turn on the three-way switch until liquid flows out. Open the inlet valve again, control the inlet speed, adjust the inlet flow rate, and then close the inlet valve.

5. Start the device

After the equipment is debugged and stabilized, press the start button as needed to ensure that the small dose liquid filling machine can work normally.

6. Ventilation

According to the process requirements, the equipment room must be ventilated and oxygenated to avoid operational safety issues

7. Monitor and handle abnormal situations

When abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise and overheating occur during the equipment filling process, it is necessary to stop the machine in a timely manner and handle the abnormalities. After processing, debug the equipment and continue working.

8. Turn off the device

After the work is completed, stop the feeding of penicillin bottles first, then turn off the low-dose liquid filling machine equipment and cut off the power.
