Operation specifications for antigen reagent filling machine:
(1) Clean before operation. Wipe off oil stains or dirt with non-woven fabric and detergent, and then dry with a non-woven soft cloth. According to GMP requirements, check whether the components in contact with equipment and materials meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If not, please clean and dry again.
(2) Before operation, rotate the machine clockwise with a rocker arm to check if it is flexible and if the action is correct.
(3) Before operation, apply new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.
(4) Add the bottle cap to the oscillator, activate the oscillation switch and adjust the speed so that the bottle cap stays on the lower head and waits.
(5) Put the bottle into the bottle funnel, be careful not to flip it over.
(6) Press the plunger pump with your hand to pump the injected liquid to the needle valve position.
(7) After preparation, start the machine and adjust the filling volume to meet the requirements.
(8) Determine the filling speed and replace the pulley position based on the adjustment results of material viscosity and filling volume.
