What is the process flow of freeze-drying ball packaging machine

The freeze-dried ball packaging machine automatically packages the freeze-dried balls into a carrier. After the ball packaging is completed, the carrier needs to be sealed in various ways, such as pressing or heat sealing with aluminum-plastic film. Freeze dried small balls have the characteristics of small volume, static electricity, easy breakage, and moisture absorption and dissolution. We have designed and developed automated packaging equipment, which is suitable for rapid packaging of standard range freeze-dried small balls. Suitable for high-efficiency freeze-drying bead ball packaging, with high yield and fast packaging efficiency.
During the early development and small-scale production of freeze-dried small balls, manual packaging can be carried out in isolation or drying workshops. This packaging method is very simple and convenient. But there are also some drawbacks:
Difficulty in controlling manual force can easily cause damage to the small balls and reduce the batch qualification rate;
The packaging efficiency is slow and difficult to adopt in large quantities;
When packaging, people need to operate outside the isolator through a glove box, which is difficult to operate and consumes labor costs
The process flow of freeze-drying ball packaging machine is:
1. Formation of freeze-dried bead balls:
Based on the development of technology, the freeze-drying bead forming system has been continuously improved and upgraded. After years of production line use and customer feedback, this type of equipment is now mature and stable, meeting the needs of different customers.
2. Freeze drying machine freeze drying:
The freeze-drying machine equipment is currently technologically mature, and customers have multiple choices.
3. Freeze dried ball packaging:
Freeze dried bead balls have the advantages of easy transfer, rapid reconstitution, and can be transported and stored at room temperature. They also have the characteristics of small size, light weight, electrostatic charge, easy breakage, and fast moisture absorption. Therefore, in the current process of freeze-drying balls, the packaging of freeze-dried balls poses great challenges.
