The suppository production line is an automatic production line controlled by PLC and powered by pneumatic means. Working principle of suppository production line:
The production process of the suppository production line includes: shell making and molding, anti-static treatment of the suppository shell, cooling and solidification, and edge shaping and sealing.
The rolled packaging film (PVC, PVC/PE, double aluminum composite film) is molded into a shell by this equipment and sent to the infusion process. The evenly mixed drug solution is automatically filled into the empty shell of the suppository through a high-precision metering pump, and then linked into a strip of suppository particles. The suppository particles are automatically cut into sections according to a predetermined length and sent to a cooling device for cooling. After passing through the cooling device for a certain period of time, the drug solution solidifies. The segmented suppository particles enter the sealing stage after passing through the cooling device (i.e. after the drug solution solidifies), and are shaped, batch numbered, and then further cut and formed.
