1、 Daily cleaning and basic inspection
1. Thoroughly clean the equipment: After each use, remove residual materials from the crushing chamber, including blades, filters, and other components, and wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth to prevent oil accumulation; After cleaning, keep the equipment dry to avoid rust caused by residual water stains.
2. Regularly inspect key components: check the wear level of blades, whether connecting bolts are loose, and whether safety devices (such as emergency stop buttons) are effective every week; Discover abnormalities and promptly repair or replace vulnerable parts.
2、 Lubrication and operation monitoring
1. Systematic lubrication maintenance: Add lubricating grease to the bearing seat every month, replace lubricating oil and clean the felt every quarter; Lubricants should be selected with matching models (such as heavy oil for summer and light oil for winter) to avoid friction or sticking caused by improper lubrication.
2.
