Stainless steel dust crusher is a commonly used mechanical equipment that can efficiently crush various solid materials and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. Stainless steel dust crushers made of stainless steel are often used in industries with high requirements, such as the food industry. In order to prolong its service life and reduce the failure rate, it is necessary to strictly follow the operation and maintenance procedures. Today, the editor will introduce the safety operating procedures for stainless steel dust collectors and crushers.
1、 Preliminary preparation
Before using the stainless steel dust crusher, necessary inspections and preparations should be carried out.
1. Check if the power circuit is normal and pay attention to electrical safety at all times;
2. Clean up the work area and remove the materials that need to be used;
3. Check whether the blades and sieves of the stainless steel dust crusher are intact and undamaged. If any wear or damage is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
2、 Operation process
1. Put the materials that need to be crushed into the crusher one by one, without exceeding the capacity of the crusher;
2. Turn on the power of the stainless steel dust collector and pulverizer, and start the machine;
3. Observe the entire crushing process through the observation port, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine in time to troubleshoot;
4. After the crushing process is completed, turn off the power and wait for the machine to stop rotating before removing the crushed material and cleaning the remaining materials and impurities.
3、 Operation precautions
1. It is strictly prohibited to input materials that should not be crushed into the stainless steel dust crusher;
2. When using a stainless steel dust crusher, the working area should be kept clean to avoid affecting production hygiene;
3. Regularly inspect and maintain the machine to improve its service life and efficiency.
