The double door single door hot air circulation oven is suitable for heating, curing, drying and dehydrating materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, and light industry. Such as raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, extracts, powders, granules, dehydrated vegetables, etc. The machine adopts stainless steel electric heating rod (or steam heating), direct cooling fan hot air circulation, fast heating, high sterilization efficiency, automatic display and self setting control, temperature recording, and timely alarm for overheating and timeout.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the precautions for using a double door and single door hot air circulation oven, as follows:
1. Do not store items such as tools, equipment parts, and volatile oils in the oven.
2. The oven must not be cleaned during operation, let alone wiped with gasoline.
3. Non metallic items must be heated in the oven according to the process specifications.
4. The oven should be used according to the temperature range specified on the nameplate, and the oven must be well grounded.
5. Flammable items such as oil pans, oil drums, cotton yarn, and cloth scraps shall not be stacked near the oven, and washing, scraping, and painting work shall not be carried out near the oven.
6. Before use, check the self-control device, whether the indication signal is sensitive and effective, and whether the electrical circuit insulation is intact and reliable.
7. Parts that have been washed with flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, and banana oil, as well as items that have been painted, should be left at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. After most of the flammable liquids have evaporated, they can be placed in an oven for baking, and ventilation should be ensured indoors.
8. Before opening the oven, the power must be turned off first. Do not leave during the heating process.
9. Before operating the oven drying box, the ventilation gate must be opened to prevent explosion.
10. To prevent other objects from falling into contact with the resistance wire at the bottom of the oven and causing a short circuit.
