Instructions for using low-temperature coolant circulation pump
Date: 2024-12-25Read: 4
Instructions for using low-temperature coolant circulation pump:
1. Open the water tank cover and pour in the appropriate amount of medium (2 centimeters below the edge of the bath) according to the required constant temperature requirements.
2. Connect the cooling circulation pump to the system used in the experiment using the general method shown in Figure 1, and use insulated hoses to connect the inlet and outlet ports of the equipment to the corresponding inlet and outlet ports of the experimental instrument. If only the cooling circulation pump is used for cold bath operation, connect the inlet and outlet of the circulation pump.
3. Insert the power plug into the dedicated independent socket properly.
4. After power on, turn on the safety switch and power switch, and the instrument displays the actual temperature.
5. Turn on the cooling switch, and after a three minute delay, the compressor starts working. (For dual machines, the high-temperature machine works first, and after reaching the set -30 ℃ of the high-temperature machine, the low-temperature machine works after a three minute delay, and the cooling indicator light is on.)
6. When cooling, if there is internal circulation, the pump switch and internal circulation valve can be opened simultaneously to ensure that the bath temperature can be maintained (intermittently opened). Otherwise, it is necessary to turn on the circulation pump.
7. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, open the circulation switch and valve to cool the cooling instrument and start the test.
8. After the experiment is completed, turn off the circulation pump switch, cooling switch, and power switch for the instruments that need to be cooled first. Finally, pull down the safety switch and unplug the power plug.
9. If not used for a long time, please drain the coolant. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
