Precautions for instrument temperature control:
1. Operating temperature: The temperature of the circulating fluid should not be lower than the minimum no-load temperature of the machine. If water is used as the circulating fluid, the liquid temperature at the inlet should not exceed 40 ℃. If ethanol aqueous solution is used, the liquid temperature should not exceed 10 ℃
2. Low temperature non freezing liquid is prepared according to the following ratio
A ethylene glycol aqueous solution: ethylene glycol/water 55/45 (-40 ℃)
B glycerol aqueous solution: glycerol/water 70/30 (-30 ℃)
3. During use, it is necessary to regularly check the density of the low-temperature non freezing liquid to meet the following requirements:
A ethylene glycol aqueous solution: P20=1079kg/m ³ (-40 ℃)
B glycerol aqueous solution: P20=1183.6kg/m ³ (-30 ℃)
If the viscosity of ethylene glycol water increases or when conducting experiments at low temperatures below -40 ℃, please use alcohol with a purity of over 95% as a non freezing solution. When non freezing liquid is replaced with water, its minimum temperature must be above 5 ℃.
Special note:
1. DLSB-20L-80 ℃ is a three-phase power supply with a voltage of 380V-400V50HZ, and ensures correct wiring.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use corrosive media.
3. It is strictly prohibited to heat when there is no liquid or when there is less liquid.
4. When starting the refrigeration system, there must be an interval of at least 5 minutes between restarting the refrigeration system after shutdown.
5. It is strictly prohibited to operate with faults, otherwise it will damage more components and even endanger personal safety.
6. When using alcohol as a medium, the temperature should not exceed 10 ℃.
