1. Before using a desktop circulating water vacuum pump, it is necessary to confirm whether the power cord is grounded to avoid safety hazards such as leakage.
2. Place the inlet pipe of the circulation pump in the water and install a drainage pipe at the outlet to ensure the normal operation of the circulation pump.
3. Turn on the power switch, start the motor, and observe the operation status of the pump.
4. Before starting, check whether the shaft rotates freely, whether the water is unobstructed, and whether there is any air leakage in the copper pipe.
5. To achieve low vacuum, it is necessary to start the desktop circulating water vacuum pump and maintain it for more than half an hour. Adequate time must be reserved for each start and stop to avoid motor heat affecting the bearings and their service life.
6. After turning off the pump, immediately turn off the power switch and wait for the pump to stop normally. This can protect the bearings and mechanical seals and prevent the motor from generating high speed under instantaneous impulse voltage, which may cause damage.
7. When the pump needs to be shut down for a long time, the inlet and outlet main valves should be closed to prevent the mechanical seal from malfunctioning due to high water temperature.
