Installation and usage method of turbine agitator

1、 Installation process
1. Preliminary preparation
Verify the design drawings and component list, confirm the installation sequence and completeness;
The basic production needs to ensure that the bottom seat is level and the load-bearing capacity meets the standard, and the clearance between the bearing seat and the shaft needs to be accurately calibrated.
2. Axis installation
The drive shaft and mixing shaft are connected by flanges, and the convex and concave stoppers are strictly prohibited from being damaged. The vertical deviation of the shaft is ≤ 0.5mm/m;
The flange bolts need to be tightened symmetrically and evenly with a torque wrench to avoid bending of the shaft due to local stress.
3. Impeller assembly
The installation height of the disc turbine is set according to the diameter of the container, and the blade direction is fixed according to the design drawing (reverse is prohibited);
Multi layer mixing requires temporary supports to be installed layer by layer, and the wheel hub keyway must be fully fitted with symmetrical tightening of bolts.
4. Sealing system
When installing the mechanical seal, the O-ring shall be coated with special lubricant, and the pressure of the dynamic ring shall be adjusted in the kettle for the split type;
The filling seal adjusts the amount of grease injection through the gland, which needs to be operated after connecting the reducer.
5. Drive unit
The output shaft of the reducer and the mixing shaft should be aligned coaxially, and the coupling should be installed using a hot fitting method to prevent knocking;
Test the direction of rotation after wiring the motor to avoid loosening the impeller due to reverse rotation.
2、 Operating standards
1. Pre startup inspection
Review the radial swing of the shaft (≤ 0.1mm), lubrication of the sealing system, and bolt tightening status;
Conduct a 30 minute no-load test run and monitor the temperature rise (≤ 65 ℃) and abnormal vibration of the bearing.
2. Operation control
Speed range: 300-600 rpm (blade tip line speed 3-8 m/s);
Applicable working conditions: emulsion/suspension dispersion (viscosity<10 Pa · s), gas-liquid mixing requires the use of baffles.
3. Shutdown maintenance
Immediately rinse the crystalline material after shutdown to prevent the impeller from getting stuck;
Regularly check the pre tightening force of bolts and seal wear, and choose 316L material for corrosive environments.
3、 Safety precautions
1. Lifting protection: When the shaft and impeller are lifted into the kettle, they need to be fixed with flexible straps to prevent collision and deformation;
2. Electrical safety: The cable of the submersible turbine agitator needs to be waterproofed with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω;
3. Overload protection: High solid content working conditions require monitoring of motor torque to avoid overloading and damaging the gearbox.
