1、 Pre startup inspection
1. Equipment status confirmation
Check whether the spiral steel strip is deformed or worn, ensuring that the gap between the blade and the container wall meets the standard (8-12mm on one side). The oil level of the reducer needs to reach the vernier scale line, and it needs to run without load for 0.5 hours before the first use.
2. Material adaptability
Only applicable to medium to high viscosity liquids or powders, it is strictly prohibited to handle flammable, explosive or highly corrosive media. When the viscosity of the material exceeds the design range, the rotational speed needs to be reduced.
2、 Standardization during operation
1. Operation control
It is necessary to start from low gear and gradually adjust to the working speed to avoid overloading the motor caused by direct high-speed starting. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the coaxiality of the coupling (error ≤ 0.05mm).
2. Security protection
Operators are required to wear protective goggles and non slip gloves to prevent material splashing. The grounding wire of the equipment must be reliably connected to prevent static electricity accumulation.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Lubrication management
The lubricating oil of the reducer needs to be replaced 7-14 days after its first use, and it should be replaced every 2-3 months after continuous operation. The bearing parts should be regularly lubricated with high-temperature grease.
2. Cleaning requirements
After stopping the machine, it is necessary to thoroughly remove the materials adhering to the screw belt and container wall. If it is not used for a long time, anti rust oil should be applied. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the cone bottom area for conical spiral belt equipment.
4、 Special working condition handling
1. High viscosity materials
When dealing with viscous materials, it is recommended to use a double screw belt design to enhance the mixing effect, and regularly check the deformation of the blades.
2. Anti attachment measures
The elliptical bottom double screw belt equipment can effectively reduce material adhesion, but it is necessary to ensure that the gap between the scraper and the cylinder wall is ≤ 12mm.
