1、 Installation precautions
1. Site environment requirements
Choose a flat and sturdy location with good ventilation, away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (such as large motors) and direct sunlight, and reserve a heat dissipation and maintenance space of ≥ 300mm around.
The environmental temperature and humidity should be stable (recommended 15-35 ℃, humidity ≤ 85%) to avoid sudden changes that may affect sensor accuracy.
2. Water and electricity safety connection
The power supply voltage must match the requirements of the equipment, be strictly grounded to prevent electric shock, and do not power on until the wiring is completed; The water source is clean and the water pressure is stable, and the water pipe interface needs to be sealed to prevent leakage.
The water level of the humidifier water tank needs to be checked regularly to avoid dry burning and damaging the energy converter.
3. Sensor deployment specifications
The sensor should be installed in the core temperature and humidity uniform area of the incubator, away from the box door, heater or cooling air outlet, to avoid local interference.
Large incubators require multiple measuring points to be arranged in layers (such as at least one per layer) to ensure representative monitoring.
2、 Precautions for use
（1） Standard operating procedures
1. Calibration and debugging before startup
Before the first use, the sensor needs to be calibrated and the deviation adjusted compared to the standard instrument; After setting the parameters, it is necessary to confirm that the actual values of the incubator match the displayed values.
The sample placement should not exceed 2/3 of the volume, ensuring that the air duct is unobstructed and maintaining uniform temperature and humidity; Avoid frequent door opening during operation.
2. Process control during operation
It is prohibited to modify core parameters or force door opening during operation. Protection should be taken to avoid burns/frostbite in high/low temperature conditions.
If the program needs to be adjusted during operation, it must be stopped to prevent signal conflicts from causing equipment failures.
（2） Key points of safety maintenance
1. Risk prevention measures
It is strictly prohibited to put flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials inside; There is a risk of electric shock when operating the power supply with wet hands.
In case of abnormal conditions such as burnt smell or continuous alarm, immediately turn off the power. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling and repairing.
2. Regular maintenance requirements
Wet bulb gauze should be replaced weekly and special gauze should be used to prevent blockage; Humidifiers remove scale every month to ensure steam production efficiency.
After each use, sterile wipe the inner wall and check the integrity of the sealing strip; Long term disuse requires power-off, moisture-proof, and application of rust proof oil.
Special scenario reminder: When used for drugs or biological samples, it is necessary to increase the calibration frequency (recommended once every quarter) and verify the consistency of temperature and humidity at multiple points; The infant incubator requires additional testing of the oxygen concentration alarm function.
