A sealing strip is a product that seals something so that it is not easy to open, serving functions such as shock absorption, waterproofing, sound insulation, heat insulation, dust prevention, and fixation. Sealing strips are made of various materials such as rubber, paper, metal, plastic, etc.
Inflatable sealing strips are used to seal the gaps between mechanical components. They expand the sealing gap in the inflated state and retract into the steel groove in the deflated state. The sealing ring has flexibility and plasticity in the inflated state, which can seal the gaps of different sizes in different parts of mechanical equipment, making up for the shortcomings of traditional fixed seals that are not tight locally. Silicone can withstand high temperatures and tear, and is not affected by any other chemical media except for reacting with strong acids and bases, making it an ideal inflatable sealing material. Can be connected into a circle or right angle frame according to customer requirements.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce several uses of sealing strips, as follows:
1. Used for necessary sealing in electronic product production process control and transportation vehicles.
2. Install on both sides of the packaging conveyor belt to perform necessary stage control on the packaging box.
3. It can be assembled according to customer requirements, or it can be a square inflatable sealing frame.
4. Used for installation on various mechanical equipment such as swing doors, sliding doors, and flange doors for gas sealing, noise sealing, heat treatment sealing, liquid sealing, such as oven door steam sealing, laboratory noise isolation, pharmaceutical coating machines, isolators, cleaning machines, drying machines, sterile isolation operations, and glove leak detectors for efficient sealing of rear side leaks.
5. Installed on the valve of the material conveying pipeline to form a closed space for conveying powders, particles, and liquids.
