Internal cleaning: After daily use, wipe the inner cavity and tray with a sterile damp cloth or neutral cleaner to prevent contamination of the equipment by residual culture medium.

• Humidity tray maintenance: Use distilled water or deionized water, replace the water in the humidity tray every week, and clean it regularly to prevent scale and microbial growth.

Door seal cleaning: Check the door seal weekly to ensure its sealing, use a soft damp cloth to clean the dust and water stains on the door seal, and avoid aging.

Sensor calibration: Check the temperature sensor and CO ₂ sensor monthly to ensure accurate measurement. Calibrate the CO ₂ sensor using standard calibration gas.

HEPA filter maintenance: Check for dust accumulation on the HEPA filter and replace it if necessary. It is usually recommended to replace the filter every 6 months.

Internal cavity disinfection: High temperature sterilization is performed once a quarter, usually at 90 ° C or higher, for sterilization and disinfection. If the device is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization function, it can be disinfected regularly.

Door seal inspection: Confirm whether the door seal is aging or deformed, and replace it in a timely manner if it affects the sealing performance.
