Electric hot air drying oven, also known as "oven", as the name suggests, uses electric heating to conduct air circulation drying tests. It is divided into two types: air circulation drying and vacuum drying. Air circulation drying is achieved by blowing hot air through a circulating fan to ensure temperature balance inside the oven. It is mainly used to dry samples and can also provide the temperature environment required for experiments. Drying ovens are used in various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, casting, automotive, food, and machinery.
The main advantages of electric blast drying oven are:
1. The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can operate continuously at high temperatures and a suitable air duct, which improves the temperature uniformity in the working room.
2. Adopting a new type of synthetic silicon sealing strip, it can operate at high temperatures for a long time, has a long service life, and is easy to replace.
3. The interior of the box is made of mirror stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plates, and the outer shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plates sprayed with plastic, with a beautiful and innovative shape.
4. Adopting a microcomputer PID temperature controller with over temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, high and reliable temperature control accuracy.
5. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature limit is exceeded, ensuring safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
6. It can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface for connecting to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters (optional).
Precautions for using electric blast drying oven:
1. The outer shell of the drying oven must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The drying oven should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.
3. The drying oven does not have explosion-proof devices and cannot be used to dry flammable and explosive materials.
4. The items inside the box should not be placed too tightly, and space must be left to facilitate the circulation of hot air.
5. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean regularly, and if not in use for a long time, it should be covered with a plastic dust cover and placed in a dry room.
6. If any abnormal phenomena occur during use, please cut off the power and contact a professional for repair in a timely manner.
