The hydrogen peroxide dry mist sterilization system is an efficient sterilization technology widely used in the medical and health field.
The hydrogen peroxide dry mist sterilization system consists of three parts, namely: dry mist generator, dry mist pipeline, and control system.
1. Dry mist generator
A dry mist generator is a device that generates hydrogen peroxide dry mist from hydrogen peroxide and precision aerosol atomizers to achieve efficient sterilization. The precision atomizer uses high-pressure compressed air to spray liquid hydrogen peroxide from the nozzle, forming a very small mist shape, providing high efficiency in generating dry mist. This is also a major feature that distinguishes the hydrogen peroxide dry mist sterilization system from other sterilization methods.
2. Dry mist pipeline
The dry mist pipeline consists of pipes and fittings between the dry mist generator and the sterilization area. The material of the dry mist pipeline is 316L stainless steel pipe and graded high-efficiency filter element. The entire pipeline system uses high-pressure spray nozzles to continuously lower the indoor temperature, keeping the equipment in a low-temperature and dry state to ensure sterilization effectiveness.
3. Control system
The control system mainly consists of a PLC control system and a touch screen. The PLC control system will control the functions of various devices and components in the entire system, and the touch screen is the operating interface. The operation interface is equipped with various processing parameters and status displays, which can provide real-time control and monitoring of the entire process.
The process principle of the hydrogen peroxide dry mist sterilization system equipment is as follows:
1. Environmental preparation
Hydrogen peroxide dry mist sterilization requires equipment to be enclosed in a space, and the material to be sterilized should be placed in the sterilization room.
2. Environmental preprocessing
Before sterilization, necessary treatment should be carried out on the sterilized material, such as cleaning, packaging, and inspection. Pre treat different items to varying degrees to ensure that the surface of the sterilized material is free of contamination or that contamination has been minimized.
3. Sterilization parameter settings
Operate on the touch screen and set appropriate sterilization parameters based on the nature and quantity of the sample, such as temperature, humidity, time, etc., to achieve efficient sterilization.
4. Sterilization process
When the equipment is started, the hydrogen peroxide liquid enters the dry fog generator from the liquid circuit system, forms the dry fog through the precision aerosol atomizer spray, and enters the sterilization room through the pipeline for sterilization. Due to the efficiency of the precision aerosol atomizer, the dry fog particles sprayed out are very small, which can directly penetrate the surface of the substance to be sterilized, fast and sterilization. The entire process adopts an environmentally friendly approach and produces non-toxic by-products.
5. Post sterilization treatment
After the process is completed, the sterilized material is cooled down and taken out after waiting for cooling. For sterilized items containing high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, appropriate cleaning treatment is required to directly treat them into non-toxic and irritating exhaust gas. The exhaust gas is filtered through a wet adsorption filter according to EU standards and discharged clean, thereby ensuring environmental safety.
