Formaldehyde fumigation sterilizer is a product suitable for biological safety laboratories, clean workshops, clean factories and other spaces that require thorough disinfection and sterilization. Its design is to achieve disinfection and sterilization in a simple way. It mainly consists of two containers and a dedicated automation control module, one of which contains formaldehyde liquid and the other contains ammonia water. When the instrument is working, it first fills the space to be disinfected with formaldehyde vapor. After a certain period of time, it kills bacteria and viruses exposed on the surface of the space. Then, the fumigation sterilizer automatically releases ammonia gas to eliminate harmful residual substances to humans. The entire process of disinfection and sterilization is controlled by a dedicated circuit design installed inside the formaldehyde fumigation sterilizer.
The formaldehyde fumigation sterilizer has a simple and elegant design, consisting of two 30L containers and an electrical control box. One container holds formaldehyde liquid, while the other holds ammonia water; The electrical control box realizes fully automatic process control function. Formaldehyde gas is used to kill bacteria and viruses, and then ammonia water vapor is used for neutralization to achieve disinfection and sterilization, while eliminating harmful substances remaining in the space for human health.
The device can be parked directly from a distance using the remote control, or operated up close using manual buttons.
The start time can be preset through the timing relay on the control panel.
The disinfection work is fully automated, and the entire process of disinfection equipment can be intuitively understood through indicator lights, without the need for personnel to approach, avoiding any impact on personal health.
The fully automatic formaldehyde fumigation sterilizer can use two disinfection methods. (1) Directly fumigate. (2) Fumigation is carried out through ventilation ducts.
The device has a hand push armrest and four universal wheels at the bottom, making it very convenient and flexible to move.
