A hydrogen peroxide sterilizer usually consists of a sterilization chamber, a vacuum system, a hydrogen peroxide injection system, a control system, etc., and can also be equipped with a plasma generation device.

The working principle is to use vaporized hydrogen peroxide to act on items in the sterilization chamber, causing denaturation of microbial proteins and genetic material, resulting in microbial death, in order to achieve the purpose of sterilization. If equipped with a plasma generator, vaporized hydrogen peroxide can be converted into hydrogen peroxide plasma state through the plasma generator, and low-temperature sterilization of items in the sterilization chamber can be carried out by combining hydrogen peroxide gas and hydrogen peroxide plasma.

The following is the general operation process of the hydrogen peroxide sterilizer:

Turn on the power switch on the front of the machine, enter the set password, and the device will enter standby mode

Press the door open button to insert the packaged equipment

Press the door close button to close the equipment door and select the sterilization program

According to the instructions, select the corresponding sterilization program, and the equipment will enter automatic working mode

After the sterilization program is completed, the display screen returns to the main interface and emits an end sterilization prompt sound. Remove the sterilized items and close the equipment door
