1、 Installation and commissioning
1. Installation requirements: Refer to the flowchart.
2. Test requirements: Before putting the equipment into production after installation, it is necessary to check whether the cylinder at the slag outlet is flexible and whether the hook is reliably closed. The pipelines of auxiliary equipment must be unobstructed, and all valves must be opened and closed flexibly. Only after checking that everything is normal can they be put into operation.
3. Gas pipeline inspection: First, start the compressor and ensure that the slag outlet cylinder is flexible and the hook is aligned. After several opening and closing tests to ensure safety, the material can be fed.
2、 Operating procedures:
1. Preparation before production: Before each shift of production, all equipment must be inspected and cleaned to ensure that all fittings and valves are intact and in the correct position, the feeding and slag outlets are flexible, and the sealing rings are not broken.
2. Feeding: Open the feeding port and add medicinal herbs and a certain proportion of water or alcohol, then close the feeding port.
3. Water circulation: Open the inlet valves of the condenser and cooler to put them in a reflux state.
4. Add steam: Open the steam valve to introduce steam into the interlayer. The steam pressure should be less than 0.3 Mpa. After boiling in the tank, reduce the steam pressure to around 0.1 Mpa, but no pressure is allowed inside the tank. When the pressure gauge indicates pressure inside the tank, immediately open the vent valve.
5. Extraction liquid circulation: During the extraction process, the extraction liquid is forced to circulate through the material pump at regular intervals to ensure uniform extraction of medicinal materials.
6. Observation: During the extraction process, it is necessary to regularly observe the boiling state and reflux situation inside the tank. If any abnormalities are found, they should be immediately emptied and stopped.
7. Oil extraction: When it is necessary to recover volatile oil, open the sampling valve of the oil-water separator to recover the volatile oil.
8. Discharge: When the extraction reaches a certain process time, close the steam valve, stop adding steam, and turn on the material pump to allow the extraction liquid to enter the storage tank for temporary storage.
9. Slag removal: After the extraction liquid is completely removed, turn off the material pump and open the slag outlet to remove slag.
10. Clean the extraction tank, slag filter, and various pipelines according to the cleaning procedures, fill in the equipment operation record, and keep a good record of equipment cleaning.
