1、 Power on preparation
1. Go to the equipment area and check if the power, water, and gas sources are stable, and if the pipeline connections are loose or leaking.
2. Turn on the power, check if the host electronic control system is started, observe if the electronic control system display screen is normal, and ensure that the host starts normally.
3. Open the cooling water source and adjust the water volume, and observe whether the cooling water outlet and inlet are normal.
4. Turn on the compressed air switch of the extraction concentrator and check if the exhaust pipe of the air compressor is unobstructed.
2、 Operation process
1. Select the appropriate extraction and concentration agent and add it to the evaporator. Turn on the evaporator heating device to reach the set temperature.
2. Adjust the flow rate of the circulation pump and the temperature of the evaporator to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Operators need to constantly monitor technical parameters such as temperature, pressure, etc. in order to adjust the optimal operating state of the equipment.
4. Throughout the entire operation process, it is necessary to keep the external environment of the equipment clean to avoid affecting operational performance.
3、 Shutdown operation
1. Turn off the evaporator operation device, and when the equipment cools down to room temperature, turn off the cooling water source for cleaning.
2. Turn off the operating device of the circulation pump, wait for the equipment circulation system to automatically drain, and then turn off the power supply of the main engine.
3. Close the compressed air switch of the extraction concentrator and sequentially close all pipeline valves until the pressure inside and outside the equipment is zero.
4. Clean the equipment and keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean and tidy.
