1、 Pre production inspection
1. Check that all safety accessories are complete, and that safety valves, pressure gauges, and temperature gauges are functioning properly.
2. Check that all lubrication parts are well lubricated.
3. Check that all valves are closed and there are no leaks in the pipeline connections.
4. Check if the compressed air system is functioning properly; Whether the pipelines of supporting equipment are unobstructed; Whether the valve switches of each part are flexible.
2、 Concentration operation
1. Open the condensate inlet and outlet valves and vent valves of the equipment.
2. Open the oil inlet valve above the recycling tank to start adding oil. When the liquid level reaches 1/3 of the sight glass, close the oil inlet valve and vent valve.
3. Open the condensate inlet and outlet valves and drainage bypass of the condenser, and drain the condensate completely. Open the jacket steam heating valve and slowly heat until the liquid inside the tank boils.
4. Stabilize steam pressure and maintain boiling inside the tank.
5. When the liquid in the tank is concentrated to 15% of its original volume, the steam should be turned off and the tank should be refilled or the operation should be completed.
3、 Discharge material
Open the vent valve and bottom valve of the concentration tank, then open the inlet valve of the initial crystallization tank, and place the concentrated solution into the settling tank or other tanks.
4、 Pollution discharge
1. Preheat the drain pipe with steam, and when the pipe is too hot to handle, open the drain valve at the bottom of the recovery tank to remove any remaining substances in the tank
2. After the discharge is completed, clean the recycling tank and discharge pipe, close all valves, and prepare for the next recycling.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. After each operation of the equipment, the operator should perform correct maintenance on the equipment, and the mechanic should repair the faulty equipment.
2. Regularly clean the scale inside the condenser once a year.
3. Regularly verify pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and thermometers.
4. Add lubricating oil to the screw threads of each valve every week.
5. Check the vacuum level of the system every six months. If there is a leak, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
6. Regularly inspect valves, welds, and other areas, and promptly repair any leaks found.
7. After the maintenance is completed, carefully fill in the maintenance record of the equipment.
