1、 Preparation before use
1. Equipment inspection: Before use, carefully check the integrity of the vacuum emulsification tank, including whether the tank body, mixer, heater, vacuum pump and other components are intact, damaged or loose.
2. Cleaning and disinfection: Ensure that the interior of the tank is clean and free of foreign objects, and perform necessary disinfection treatment according to production needs to prevent microbial contamination.
3. Preparation of materials: Prepare the required materials according to the production formula and put them into the emulsification tank in the correct order.
2、 Operation steps
1. Power on: After ensuring that the power connection is normal, start the vacuum emulsification tank according to the requirements of the equipment manual.
2. Adjust parameters: Set mixing speed, heating temperature and other parameters according to production needs, and ensure that each parameter is within the appropriate range.
3. Feeding operation: While stirring, add the prepared materials in sequence to the emulsifying tank. Pay attention to control the feeding speed to avoid material splashing or excessive foam.
4. Emulsification process: Under the action of stirring and heating, the material gradually undergoes emulsification. During this process, close attention should be paid to the material status to ensure even emulsification.
5. Vacuum operation: When the material is emulsified to a certain degree, turn on the vacuum pump to perform vacuum degassing operation to remove bubbles and odors from the material.
6. Sampling and testing: During the emulsification process, timely sampling and testing are carried out to ensure that the product quality meets the standard requirements.
3、 Operation skills and precautions
1. Control mixing speed: Mixing speed too fast may cause material splashing, while mixing speed too slow may affect emulsification effect. Therefore, the appropriate stirring speed should be selected based on the material properties and emulsification requirements.
2. Pay attention to heating temperature: Heating temperature too high may cause material denaturation or burning, while heating temperature too low may affect emulsification efficiency. Therefore, the heating temperature should be strictly controlled and adjusted according to the characteristics of the material.
3. Reasonably control the vacuum degree: Excessive vacuum degree may lead to excessive degassing of materials, affecting product performance, while excessively low vacuum may not effectively remove bubbles. Therefore, the vacuum degree should be set reasonably according to the actual situation.
4. Regular maintenance and upkeep: Clean, disinfect, and maintain the vacuum emulsification tank regularly to ensure its stable performance and extend its service life.
