1. Operation steps:
1) Check if the gas source and power supply are normal. If they are normal, connect the gas source and power supply.
2) Check whether the concentration of acid and alkali solution meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the method of adding concentrated solution or water should be used. The concentrated solution is transported to the corresponding tanks through a pneumatic diaphragm pump.
3) Determine the cleaning time for each liquid and set it according to the requirements of the time relay's setting function.
4) Point the 'Normal Time Control' button on the control panel for cyclic heating to 'Normal Time Control'.
5) Start the "start button" of the water section, set the water section reflux valve to the "reflux position", and then open the inlet valve and reflux valve. Press the "start" button of the discharge pump again to perform water washing. Then start the reflux pump to 2MIN, and the discharge pump will automatically stop. At the same time, close the inlet valve, and manually turn back the "reflux" knob. After the water is drained, close the reflux pump.
6) Activate the "start button" of the acid section, set the reflux valve to the "reflux position", and open the acid outlet valve and acid reflux valve. Press the "start" button of the outlet pump, and then press the reflux pump for 10 minutes. The outlet pump will automatically shut down and the acid outlet will be closed. At this time, pay attention to the high liquid level light of the acid tank. If the light is on, close the reflux valve to allow excess dilute acid to be discharged.
2. Installation and debugging
(1) Three tanks of acid washing, alkali washing, and water washing are placed in a straight line on a flat surface, and the verticality of each tank is calibrated. Correct the level of the centrifugal pump. The distributor needs to be sturdy with anchor bolts.
(2) Set up drainage ditches near the on-site cleaning equipment, and connect the equipment discharge outlet to them.
(3) Connect the pipeline between the equipment and the pump, connect the water pipe and steam pipe, and connect the steam condensate outlet drain.
(4) Install the secondary elements such as thermometers, level gauges and various instruments in each tank according to the relevant product instructions.
(5) Installation of electrical and control devices should be carried out by professionals, strictly following relevant regulations, ensuring reliable grounding and safety, and testing their sensitivity after installation.
(6) After the installation of various pipelines, conduct a leak test with water to ensure that there is no leakage.
(7) After completing various tasks, test the acid, alkali, and water tanks with water, and debug the programs for heating temperature, liquid level, pneumatic valve, and time relay with water. Only when they meet the requirements can they be put into production use.
3. Usage and maintenance
use:
(1) Thoroughly clean the equipment before use.
(2) Turn on the main power switch.
(3) Prepare cleaning solution in the acid tank and alkali tank, and verify its concentration. Fill the water tank with water. The liquid storage capacity of each storage tank is maintained at around 80% of the full volume.
(4) Correct the accuracy of each instrument and adjust the control point values according to the process requirements.
(5) According to the cleaning process requirements, set the continuous cleaning time for each of the acid solution, alkali solution, and clean water.
(6) Connect the distributor to the equipment or pipeline system to be cleaned.
maintain:
(1) If there is leakage at the connection of centrifugal pumps, valves, and pipelines, it should be repaired and vulnerable parts should be replaced in a timely manner. The chamber of the reflux pump (self-priming pump) should be filled with water.
(2) The reflux concentration of alkaline and acidic liquids should be tested, and necessary acid and alkali supplements should be made based on the test values.
(3) External purchased components such as instruments, electrical components, and motors should be maintained and serviced according to the product manual.
(4) When the equipment is stopped, the acid and alkali liquids in the acid and alkali tanks should be drained and thoroughly cleaned.
