1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Equipment inspection
Before each shift, it is necessary to check the status of water, electricity, and gas pipelines and instruments to ensure that the valves are well sealed and the bolts are not loose.
Compressed air pipelines need to be dehydrated and pressure regulated to ensure flexible cylinder operation; Check if the feeding door and slag discharge door are closed properly.
2. Cleaning requirements
Immediately rinse the tank with drinking water after production is completed until the discharge is colorless and the outer surface is wiped clean.
Special residues need to be cleaned with a 5% sodium hydroxide solution for 30 minutes, and then rinsed with purified water until neutral.
3. Safe operation
It is strictly prohibited to open the feeding door or slag discharge door during pressurized operation, and the residual pressure must be released completely.
The steam trap needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage from affecting steam flow.
2、 Periodic maintenance plan
1. Monthly maintenance (Level 1 maintenance)
Check the status of valves, steam traps, and sealing rings, and replace aging components.
Thoroughly clean the dead corners of the equipment and wipe the outer surface until smooth.
2. Annual maintenance (Level 2 maintenance)
Comprehensively inspect the electric and steam lines, control system, and test the accuracy of safety valves and pressure gauges.
Check whether there is a risk of leakage at the welds and pipeline connections.
3、 Special precautions
1. When changing varieties, it is necessary to clean the tank and pipelines with alkaline solution circulation to ensure no cross contamination.
2. Continuous production for one month requires a major overhaul, including thorough dismantling of the filter screen, cleaning of the volatile oil system, etc.
By implementing the above maintenance measures, the lifespan of the equipment can be extended while ensuring production safety and cleanliness.
