1、 Preprocess system operations
1. Backwash of quartz sand filter
Turn off the high-pressure pump and pure water pump, start the booster pump, adjust the filter operating handle to the backwash position and run for 15 minutes, then switch to positive flushing for 5 minutes to ensure clear effluent before resetting.
Follow the principle of "open first, then close" during operation, maintain balanced water flow pressure, and backwash frequency every 3-5 days.
2. Backwash of activated carbon filter
After the quartz sand backwash is completed, immediately start the activated carbon filter backwash for 15 minutes and backwash for 5 minutes to prevent residual carbon powder from contaminating the subsequent system.
3. Softener regeneration
Adjust the control valve of the softener to backwash mode to automatically complete the backwash, salt suction, water replenishment, and forward washing processes. The amount of salt replenishment is about 15kg per time to ensure the resin regeneration effect.
2、 First level reverse osmosis operation
1. Low pressure flushing
Fully open the concentrated water regulating valve and start the high-pressure pump to perform low-pressure flushing on the first stage reverse osmosis membrane until the conductivity stabilizes below 15 μ S/cm.
2. High pressure water production
Close the first level solenoid valve and control the water production rate (17.5-27.5m ³/h) by adjusting the concentrated water valve, maintaining the inlet pressure ≤ 1.5MPa.
3、 Secondary reverse osmosis operation
1. Inject water into the middle water tank
After entering the intermediate water tank, the first stage produced water is pressurized by the second stage high-pressure pump and transported to the second stage reverse osmosis membrane for secondary desalination.
2. Terminal filtering
The secondary produced water is filtered by terminal filters (such as ultrafiltration or precision filters) to remove residual particles and ensure that the water quality meets the standards of ultrapure water.
4、 Daily maintenance and monitoring
1. RO membrane maintenance
Manually flush the RO system at least 3 times a day for 1-3 minutes each time to prevent sediment accumulation in the membrane. During flushing, open the flushing valve and switch the high-pressure pump to manual mode.
2. Water quality monitoring
Real time monitoring of conductivity, pH value, and TOC. The conductivity of the primary produced water should be ≤ 20 μ S/cm, and the water resistance of the secondary produced water should be ≥ 1M Ω· cm.
3. System disinfection
Regularly perform chemical cleaning or pasteurization on the pre-treatment tank and pipelines, and replace the filter material of the activated carbon filter every six months.
5、 Safety operation standards
1. Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with equipment structure and emergency measures;
2. Before starting up, check the water level of the original water tank, the status of the pre-treatment tank, and the lubrication of the high-pressure pump to ensure that there are no leaks or abnormalities;
3. When shutting down, follow the sequence of "first turn off the high-pressure pump → booster pump → pure water pump" to avoid water hammer impact.
Note: The operating parameters need to be dynamically adjusted according to the raw water quality and equipment model, and maintenance records should be fully archived for future reference.
