The small ampoule sealing machine is an integrated machine, and the auxiliary gas pump tube has been pre plugged in. When in use, simply connect the gas or liquefied petroleum gas, adjust the gas and auxiliary gas switches, and obtain a uniform and concentrated flame. When heating the ampoule, the circular ampoule placement platform can be slowly rotated to evenly heat the bottleneck. When softening, use tweezers to pull the upper end of the ampoule bottleneck upwards and break it, and the lower part of the ampoule bottleneck can be smoothly melted and sealed.
Instructions for using a small ampoule sealing machine:
1. Connect the gas pipeline properly. (Interface for needle type regulating valve in the lower right corner of the mixed three-way valve behind the device)
2. Plug in the power cord. (Upper right corner socket at the back of the device)
3. Turn on the power switch (located in the upper right corner of the front of the device)
4. Slowly open the gas needle valve until the lamp head is lit.
5. Slowly open the auxiliary gas needle valve (located at the bottom left corner behind the equipment) until both lamp heads emit slender blue flames, and it can start working (the thinner the flames, the better)
6. Place the ampoules on the tray and do not immediately put them into the flame. First, check if the flame is at the center point of the tray and if it is at the desired sealing height (simply loosen a knob on the bracket to choose freely, and then tighten it)
7. Place the ampoule filled with the medicine solution back into the center of the tray and flame. Slowly and evenly rotate the bottle with your left hand, and when it turns red, use tweezers with your right hand to pull off the upper part.
8. After the work is completed, the auxiliary gas valve must be turned off first, and then the gas valve must be turned off.
