1、 Preparation before test run
1. Check if all components are intact and lubricate all lubrication parts.
2. Connect the power and turn the air switch on the electrical control box to the "closed" position, and the parameter display on the control board will light up.
3. Press the vacuum start contact mold (ON), and start the vacuum pump to check its operation and rotation direction.
4. The air pressure used by this machine is between 0.4 and 0.7 MPa.
2、 Debugging and operation
1. After confirming that the rotation direction of the vacuum pump is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow, turn the knob 'R' to a lower position.
2. Start the bag broadcasting motor. Press ON and turn the knob to gradually increase the speed of the bag dispensing mechanism until it reaches its maximum speed. The operation should be smooth without any jamming or abnormal noise.
3. Pour empty capsules into the hopper, first test sowing the capsules at low speed, and then gradually increase the speed until it reaches the appropriate speed. The speed depends on the quality of the capsule.
4. Attach the lower template to the turntable and add medication to the hopper. Press the filling touch button 'ON' to fill the capsule.
5. Cover the upper mold with the lower mold that has been filled with medicine powder, and move them to the locking position at the same time, so that the top pin is inserted into the mold hole exactly, and turn the locking cover plate downwards. Gently step on the foot valve with your foot to lock the capsule and let it flow into the collection box.
3、 Shutdown
1. Set the speed knob 'R' to low speed, press the vacuum pump button '0FF' to stop the vacuum pump, and press the bag touch mold 'OFF' to stop filling.
2. Turn off the power control switch, all parameter display board indicator lights will turn off, and the shutdown is complete.
3. Clean the entire machine according to the job process requirements after shutdown.
4、 Repair and maintenance
1. Pay attention to the lubrication of the oil mist supply system during production, observe the oil in the oil cup every 2 hours, and add oil if it is insufficient (usually spraying a drop of oil every 1-3 minutes), and record it on the maintenance card.
2. Mechanical maintenance shall inspect the entire machine once a month before production or after shutdown, including the pneumatic system, circuit, transmission, oil mist system, etc. And record it in the equipment maintenance completion record.
