1、 Preparation before operation
1. Confirm that the swing pellet machine is clean and free of foreign objects.
2. Confirm that the power supply is normal.
3. Confirm if the device's soft connections are clean and if the surrounding environment is normal.
4. Confirm that the sieve aperture meets the process requirements and that the sieve is intact without damage,
5. Confirm that the screen mesh is installed correctly and adjust the tightness of the screen mesh rod with the handwheel on both sides.
6. Confirm that the two side baffles are tightly sealed and that the screws securing the baffles are complete.
7. Confirm that the dust prevention and removal facilities of the equipment are in good condition.
2、 Operation steps for use
1. After turning on the machine, run it by air for about 1 minute, observe the friction between the sieve and the drum, confirm that there is no noise, and then add materials for granulation.
2. Maintain continuous feeding, but do not add too much and keep it at around 2/3 of the volume.
3. Ensure timely and unobstructed discharge from the outlet.
4. Adjust the tightness of the screen mesh according to the granulation situation during the production process.
5. After production is completed, stop feeding first and wait for the materials on the screen to be basically processed before turning off the power of the swing pellet machine, cleaning the materials on the equipment, and preparing for use.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. It is strictly prohibited to put items other than materials into the drum during production to avoid personnel and equipment safety accidents.
2. Check the vibration of the machine body, inspect all bolts, and promptly deal with any looseness found.
3. Operators should pay close attention to the sound of the motor and worm gearbox during the rotation of the pellet machine.
4. Operators and maintenance workers should use visual, tactile, and auditory methods to inspect equipment. They should check the appearance, touch the temperature rise, and listen to the sound to determine whether the equipment is operating normally. If there are any hidden dangers, they should be reported in a timely manner.
5. The oil storage height of the worm gear box is such that the worm gear is completely immersed in the oil. If it is frequently used, the oil should be replaced every three months.
6. After each shift, the residue inside the pellet machine should be cleaned thoroughly to maintain the cleanliness of the entire machine.
7. Check the screen mesh every shift and replace it promptly if there are any cracks or burrs to prevent metal shavings from falling into the material. The lubricating oil in the gearbox and the inner cavity of the rolling shaft should be replaced regularly.
8. Once a month, check whether the moving parts such as worm gears, screws, bearings, etc. rotate flexibly and wear out. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and not forced to be used.
9. Check the grounding wire between the electrical control cabinet and the host every month to ensure good grounding and no leakage occurs.
10. Inspect the connections of motors, pulleys, sprockets, bearing seats, etc. every quarter to ensure they remain securely fastened at all times.
11. Check the sealing rings at both ends of the rotating drum every quarter, and replace them promptly if they are severely damaged.
12. Inspect the motor bearings annually and lubricate them.
13. Check the motor junction box terminals annually to ensure they are secure,
14. Check the motor belt, sprocket, and chain for aging and wear every year.
