A Brief Discussion on Precautions for Operating Rubber Belt Filter Machine
Date: 2024-07-08Read: 1
Precautions for operating rubber belt filter machine
1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the inlet and outlet pipes are installed properly, and fix the inlet and outlet pipes in the groove to prevent them from swinging easily.
2. After opening the exhaust valve, open the dosing valve and allow water to enter the pump and inlet pipe through the dosing tank, filling the inlet pipe with liquid. Alternatively, open and remove the upper cover of the filter and inject water from the filter cartridge to fill the inlet pipe with liquid.
3. Before starting the motor, check whether the voltage used and the motor wiring voltage are correct to prevent errors.
4. Before starting the motor, lock the dosing valve and then open the exhaust valve to allow gas to be discharged into the dosing tank through this conduit.
5. After the above operations have been verified, when starting the pump motor to operate, attention should be paid to whether the direction of pump operation is correct.
6. Flow the liquid in the dosing tank through the dosing valve into the pump. After leaving a small amount of liquid in the dosing tank, lock the dosing valve to prevent gas from being sucked into the pump inlet.
7. Before using the filter, check if the pressure gauge diaphragm is filled with clean water. Please fill it with water before locking the pressure gauge to maintain its accuracy.
8. Before starting the power supply, check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines are selected correctly, such as whether the inlet and outlet are open, whether the pipeline flow path is correct, whether the liquid in the medicine tank is normal, and whether the pipeline is damaged.
9. Operating in hazardous environments or liquids, wearing protective clothing and face shields, and wearing safety shoes and socks.
10. Check various protective switches. For example, whether the liquid level in the pipeline is normal and whether the power protection switch is in the normal operating position.
