The vacuum automatic balance drainage tank is a type of vacuum drainage tank that provides unlimited placement for vacuum filters, low energy consumption, and low failure rate. To achieve the above objectives, the solution of the present utility model is a vacuum drainage tank, which is equipped with a vacuum tube at the upper end of the tank, an inlet tube in the middle, and a drainage tube at the lower end.
The drainage tank, also known as the vacuum automatic balance drainage device, can continuously separate gas-liquid and automatically discharge liquid into the atmosphere under vacuum conditions. This product can not only be matched with horizontal vacuum belt filters, but also with other vacuum suction filtration equipment.
Below, the editor will briefly list several possible reasons and solutions for the drainage tank of the belt vacuum filter not draining:
♦ Time relay not working: can be replaced;
♦ Butterfly valve or cylinder not working, cylinder gasket not tight: repair or replacement can be attempted;
♦ Electromagnetic valve not working: repair or replacement can be attempted;
♦ The drainage time of the time relay cannot meet the drainage requirements: you can try adjusting the time to meet the drainage requirements;
♦ The welding of the middle partition has fallen off, causing vacuum leakage: you can try to re weld it;
♦ The working room door is not tightly sealed, with foreign objects or the sealing rubber peeling off: you can try adjusting or replacing it;
♦ The pressure of the pressure reducing valve is too low: you can try adjusting it to above 0.3MPa.
