1、 Daily cleaning and inspection

1. Drum maintenance

After each shutdown, the inside of the drum needs to be cleaned to remove residual solid substances and avoid imbalance or corrosion caused by residue accumulation.

When the drum is not installed, a protective sleeve should be added to the top thread to prevent collision and damage.

2. Bearing group management

Clean the bearing assembly weekly, check the surface wear and remove dirt to ensure smooth contact of the bearing seat.

Before starting up, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to the sliding bearings to ensure damping effect and smooth operation of the bearings.

3. Disinfection and anti-corrosion

Wipe the condensed water after each low-temperature centrifugation to prevent moisture from accelerating component corrosion.

Use neutral cleaning agents or alcohol to wipe the chamber and adapter, and prohibit chemical corrosive solvents from contacting the sealing ring.

2、 Lubrication and component maintenance

1. Lubrication cycle

Sliding bearings and rotor pins need to be regularly lubricated with specialized lubricating oil, and it is recommended to replenish them every 200 hours of operation.

Add high-temperature lubricating grease to the motor bearings every quarter to reduce wear and noise.

2. Key component inspection

Regularly check for foreign objects and rubber gasket detachment inside the pipe sleeve, and promptly clean or replace them.

Observe whether there are corrosion spots or cracks on the surface of the rotor, and stop immediately if any abnormalities are found.

3、 Regular maintenance plan

1. Monthly: Disassemble and clean the rotor and adapter, clean the ventilation windows and condenser dust to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.

2. Quarterly: Check the stability of the motor suspension, the offset of the shaft, and the wear of the commutator, and replace the brushes if necessary.

3. Year: Replace the bearing compression spring and calibrate the speed accuracy (if the deviation exceeds ± 3%, professional adjustment is required).

4、 Safety operation standards

1. Equipment installation

Ensure that the centrifuge is placed on a level and stable table, with four foot rubber pads tightly attached to the table to reduce the risk of vibration.

2. Operation monitoring

Before starting, confirm that the rotor is securely installed to avoid overspeed or overload operation.

After centrifuging corrosive samples, it is necessary to immediately neutralize and clean the contact parts.
