1. Operators must undergo training and pass the qualification before they can start operating; The equipment shall be inspected, maintained, repaired, lubricated, and managed in accordance with the requirements of the normal inspection system; Daily inspection of machine operation, no abnormal noise, no leakage in sealing, and appropriate addition of bearing grease. Check the oil level in the gearbox of the drive device every month and raise it to the required height; Every two years: the solid-liquid separator undergoes disassembly and overhaul, disassembles and cleans the reducer, replaces worn parts, replaces sealing rings and worn bushings, inspects and calibrates the screw body, etc.

2. If the machine is shut down due to a malfunction, the cause should be identified and resolved before restarting; When the machine is shut down for more than three days, the internal materials of the equipment should be flushed or removed to avoid drying up and clumping; When the temperature is low in winter, attention should be paid to antifreeze. If clumping and freezing occur, they should be eliminated before starting the machine. If supplied as a complete set with other equipment, the control buttons are centralized in one control box; After a period of operation, the nylon lining inside the groove should be observed, and if there is wear, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Regularly check whether the oil level of the gearbox lubricating oil is at the normal position, and add lubricating oil when it is insufficient; Regularly check the wear of the spiral, and remove 10% of the larger original size of the spiral before replacing it. The solid-liquid separator requires regular maintenance and thorough cleaning of the equipment; If the sand water separator equipment malfunctions, it should be immediately stopped and the manufacturer should be notified for maintenance.
