Guidelines for Maintenance and Care of High Temperature Instant Sterilization Equipment for Decoction Pieces
Date: 2025-02-13Read: 1
Guidelines for maintenance and upkeep of high-temperature instantaneous sterilization equipment for decoction pieces:
1、 Daily operation and basic maintenance
1. Check before startup
Check the sealing of the equipment (such as gaskets, O-rings) to ensure that there is no damage or aging.
Verify that the pressure gauge, temperature gauge, and safety valve are functioning properly to avoid instrument failure leading to sterilization parameter deviations.
Confirm that the pipeline connection is secure to avoid steam or material leakage.
2. Operating standards
Strictly follow the sterilization procedure to set the temperature (usually ≥ 160 ℃) and time (15-30 minutes) to avoid overloading operation.
When loading decoction pieces, avoid excessive or overly dense stacking to ensure smooth steam circulation.
2、 Regular cleaning and disinfection
1. Internal cleaning of equipment
Clean the sterilization chamber, cooling sleeve, and inner wall of the water tank after each use to prevent the accumulation of residue and dirt on the decoction pieces.
Use neutral or specialized cleaning agents to wipe the surface of the equipment to avoid corrosion of metal parts by strong acid/alkaline solvents.
2. Pipeline and filtration system maintenance
Regularly disassemble the steam trap, clean impurities in the steam condensate, and prevent blockage.
Replace or clean the air filter monthly to ensure a clean air source and avoid particles affecting the pneumatic components.
3、 Maintenance and replacement of key components
1. Lubrication and Wear Parts Management
Add high-temperature lubricating grease to mechanical components such as bearings and chains every quarter to reduce friction losses.
Inspect vulnerable parts such as screen mesh and sealing rings, and replace them immediately if cracks or deformations are found (it is recommended to conduct routine inspections every 6 months).
2. Electrical system maintenance
Regularly clean the dust in the control cabinet, check if the wiring terminals are loose, and avoid poor circuit contact.
Every year, temperature sensors and pressure controllers are calibrated by professional technicians to ensure accurate data.
4、 Long term disuse and storage management
1. Pre shutdown processing
Drain residual steam and cooling water from the equipment to prevent internal corrosion.
Apply rust proof oil to key components such as cylinder piston rods, bearings, etc.
2. Storage environment requirements
The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid damp environments that may cause the circuit board to become damp.
Cover with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering the pipeline or precision components.
5、 Fault prevention and emergency response
1. Common problem warning
Temperature not up to standard: Check if the heating tube is aging and if the temperature controller is malfunctioning.
Steam leakage: Stop immediately, replace damaged gaskets or tighten flange bolts.
2. Principles of Safe Operation
In case of abnormal situations (such as abnormal noise or smoke), power should be cut off immediately, and after-sales maintenance should be contacted. It is prohibited to disassemble the machine without authorization.
In short, the maintenance of high-temperature instantaneous sterilization equipment for decoction pieces needs to be combined with daily cleaning, regular lubrication, component replacement, and standardized operation, which can significantly extend the service life of the equipment and ensure sterilization effectiveness. Suggest developing monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans and keeping maintenance records for traceability.
