The fully automatic solid decoction piece instantaneous sterilization equipment is designed for instantaneous sterilization of large pieces of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Chinese herbal decoction pieces, large granules, and block shaped herbs. Using superheated steam as the medium, it is safe and residue free. The whole machine has low energy consumption and low sterilization cost.

Precautions for using the fully automatic instant sterilization equipment for solid decoction pieces:

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Power supply and accessories

It is necessary to use a dedicated power connection base that comes with the equipment to avoid using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, in order to prevent fire or electric shock accidents.

Check the sealing of the equipment (such as gaskets, O-rings) to ensure no damage or aging, and avoid deviations in sterilization parameters.

Confirm that the pipeline connection is secure to prevent steam or material leakage.

2. Parameter setting

Strictly follow the sterilization procedure to set the temperature (usually ≥ 160 ℃) and time (15-30 minutes) to avoid overload operation.

When loading decoction pieces, avoid overloading or stacking too tightly to ensure smooth steam circulation.

2、 Precautions during operation

1. Security protection

Do not open the outer cover during equipment operation to prevent burns from high-temperature steam.

If there is poor water flow or abnormal situation, immediately turn off the power and wait for cooling before checking.

2. Monitoring and Maintenance

During operation, it is necessary to closely monitor parameters such as temperature and pressure. If any abnormalities are found (such as temperature not meeting standards or steam leakage), the machine should be immediately shut down for maintenance.

Regularly clean the sterilization chamber, cooling sleeve, and inner wall of the water tank to prevent residue and scale buildup.

3、 Shutdown and maintenance

1. Cleaning and disinfection

After each use, use a neutral cleaning agent to wipe the surface of the equipment to prevent strong acid/alkaline solvents from corroding metal parts.

Replace or clean the air filter monthly to ensure a clean air source.

2. Long term storage

Drain residual steam and cooling water before shutdown, and apply rust proof oil to key components.

The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent the circuit board from getting damp or dust from entering the precision components.
