1. Preparation before operation
Equipment inspection: Before turning on the machine, use the joystick to rotate the equipment to confirm that there are no abnormal noises or blockages. 2. Safety and monitoring during operation
• Startup and testing: Start the equipment with no load, monitor whether the filling needle is accurately inserted into the center of the bottle mouth, test the filling accuracy and capping tightness (check for leakage or deformation after capping).
• Exception handling: In case of bottle jamming or abnormal noise during operation, immediately emergency stop and manually reverse to remove foreign objects. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully operate and cause damage to the star wheel; Operators must wear protective goggles and gloves to avoid contact with moving parts.
Real time monitoring: Regularly check the reliability of the pneumatic combination (water filter and oil mist filter), equipment grounding wire, and clean up residual materials on the weighing platform to prevent blockage or pollution.
3. Post operation maintenance
Instant cleaning: After shutdown, perform "idle discharge", use neutral cleaning agent to wipe the filling head and capping head, and focus on removing residual inside the needle; The electrical cabinet uses compressed air for dust removal, and the dust accumulation thickness in the heat dissipation holes is less than 1mm.
Regular maintenance: lubricate the transmission components weekly (apply food grade grease), check the tightness of the belt monthly (press down 5mm is preferred) and the aging of the sealing ring, calibrate the filling accuracy and torque shaft every six months.
• Safe storage: Drain the pipeline materials before long-term shutdown, clean the residue under the equipment, and ensure that the working environment is free of flammable and explosive materials.
