The common problems and solutions of the fully automatic self-adhesive labeling machine are as follows:
1. Label misalignment
Improper position of conveyor belt: Adjust the height of the conveyor belt to ensure coordination with the labeling position.
• Paper stopper not fixed: Check and fix all paper stoppers to avoid label deviation from left to right.
Large error in the width of the waste edge of the label: The supplier is required to control the width error of the waste edge on both sides of the label within ± 1mm.
2. Bottom paper breakage
Poor quality of backing paper: Replace with Grassin backing paper to avoid fragile materials such as copperplate paper.
• Traction mechanism slipping: Check the locking screws of the traction wheels to ensure that the traction force is moderate.
Abnormal sharpness of the blade: Use sandpaper to polish the edge of the peeling label plate to the rounded corner, avoiding cutting the base paper.
3. Label lifting
Insufficient drum pressure: Extend the time for the drum to press the label and enhance the initial adhesion.
Poor durability of glue: Use glue with higher viscosity and stronger durability.
4. Continuous bidding
Disruption of electric eye sensitivity: Adjust the position or sensitivity of the electric eye to ensure accurate detection of label spacing (recommended spacing ≥ 3mm).
• Too fast traction speed: Reduce the traction speed to avoid the label being peeled off before it is fully peeled off.
5. The labeling machine does not produce labels during operation
Motherboard or human-machine malfunction: Check if the motherboard and human-machine are working properly.
Differential pressure gauge or fiber optic abnormality: Adjust the fiber optic irradiation position to ensure stable output signal.
• Servo motor protection: Check if the transmission chain is broken or if the rubber wheel is slipping, adjust the angle of the retaining ring.
6. Label adhesion
Adjust the label length: Control the label length to avoid sticking the already attached labels.
• Change label material: Require the supplier to provide a material report to avoid using labels that are prone to sticking.
