1、 Operating procedures
1. Preparation before startup
Before starting the oil-free screw vacuum pump, it is necessary to first check whether the connections of the pump body, pipelines, and containers are firm, confirm whether the cooling fan is running normally, check for impurities entering the pump body, and promptly remove them. At the same time, check whether the electronic control system is normal.
2. Start operation
Turn on the power supply of the oil-free screw vacuum pump, and then adjust the speed of the dry pump to reach the appropriate speed. Next, open the valve of the mechanical pump and wait for the vacuum degree of the mechanical pump to reach a certain value. Then open the valve of the oil-free screw vacuum pump to start working. Before opening the valve, it should be confirmed that the sealing between the oil-free screw vacuum pump and the busbar has been established.
3. Shutdown operation
Before stopping the operation of the oil-free screw vacuum pump, the valve should be closed first, and then the mechanical pump should be turned off before turning off the power supply of the oil-free screw vacuum pump.
2、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning
After using the oil-free screw vacuum pump for a period of time, some dirt will be generated inside, and the pump should be cleaned. It can be cleaned with warm water and a soft brush coated with soft material. If a large amount of dirt needs to be cleaned, specialized equipment can be used for cleaning. Regardless of the method used, it must be cleaned and dried before continuing to be used.
2. Lubrication
The oil-free screw vacuum pump is equipped with lubricating oil and is made using special technology, which does not contain any pollutants or solvents. Because of its excellent lubrication performance, there is no need to add lubricating oil again during daily maintenance.
3. Troubleshooting
If there is any abnormality in the use of the oil-free screw vacuum pump, it should be turned off first before troubleshooting. If the pump is not completely powered off, it may cause damage to the circuit board and components. After troubleshooting, restart the pump. Pay attention to rechecking the pump according to the preparation steps before starting.
4. Regular inspection
Oil free screw vacuum pumps should be regularly inspected during use. Firstly, check whether the pipeline connection is firm, whether there are impurities inside the pump, and clean the corresponding parts.
