1、 Sealing performance inspection
1. Before use, check the sealing performance to ensure that there is no leakage at each connection and that the sealing components are not damaged. Apply an appropriate amount of vacuum pump oil before sealing.
2. Check if all valves are closed to prevent reverse flow.
3. Check if the air outlet is properly connected to the pipeline. Loose connections can cause leakage at the outlet, affecting the vacuum level.
4. Check if the rotor of the import and export pipeline is stuck, and manually rotate the rotor to check if it is smooth
2、 Start stop operation
1. After connecting the power, observe whether the machine has any abnormalities. If there is any abnormality, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection.
2. Before starting up, wait for the machine to warm up, then slowly open the pump inlet valve and observe the vacuum degree at the inlet.
During normal operation, the pump outlet valve should not be opened arbitrarily to prevent contamination from entering the internal space.
4. Before shutting down, cut off the power, close all duty doors, and keep them clean.
3、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly replace the pump oil, usually every three months depending on the frequency of use and environmental leakage rate.
2. Check if the bearings and couplings of the machine are damaged and replace them in a timely manner.
3. Clean the surface of the rotor and pump chamber, remove foreign objects, and use the specialized cleaning agent of this machine.
4. Regularly maintain the machine, such as checking the adjustment and protection of the motor.
The above is an introduction to the usage of the Three Leaf Roots vacuum pump. Only through correct use and maintenance can its normal working performance and service life be guaranteed. If operated improperly, not only will the efficiency of the pump be reduced, but it may also cause pollution to the working environment. Therefore, when using a three leaf Roots vacuum pump, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions and perform regular maintenance work.
