The common problems and solutions of disc continuous dryer are as follows:
1. Mechanical component failure
• Loose foundation: Long term use or transportation may cause loose foundation screws, leading to machine vibration and noise. Regular inspection and tightening of foundation screws are required.
Bearing wear: Bearing wear can produce abnormal noise, and it is necessary to regularly inspect and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
Rust/wear of the turntable: Wet environment or long-term use can easily cause rusting of the turntable, and it is necessary to strengthen equipment protection or replace the turntable.
Gear wear: Gear wear can cause noise, and it is necessary to check the degree of wear and replace severely damaged gears.
2. Electrical component malfunction
• Contactor/time relay failure: Damaged contactors or incorrect time relay settings may cause the equipment to malfunction and require regular inspection and adjustment of the set values.
Electrical circuit issues: Loose or open circuits in the circuit can cause abnormal power supply, and the circuit connection needs to be checked and repaired.
3. Poor drying effect
Heating system issue: Check heating efficiency, adjust temperature control to ensure uniform heating of materials.
• Air intake/exhaust blockage: Clean up foreign objects in the air intake and install a drain to discharge condensed water.

Equipment vibration: Check the connection between the wheel device and the base, and reinforce loose parts.
