1、 Granulator Description:

According to the principle of mechanical extrusion granulation process, the granulator pushes the prepared dry powder or fine crystal raw materials with a certain amount of crystal water (≤ 4%) through the feeding screw to the pressure wheel for extrusion into thin sheets, and then through the granulation system, the particles are made into the required size through the sieve.granulatorRaw materials can be manually or vacuum fed into the hopper, transported and compressed by vertically placed feeding screws, and pushed to the bite angle of two extrusion rollers; The granulator compresses the raw materials into thin sheets through horizontally placed pressure rollers (the speed of the rollers determines the time the materials stay in the roller pressing zone). The pressure required for the material is linearly transmitted to the pressure roller through a hydraulic device, which can maintain a certain pre pressure. The vertically arranged pressure rollers can ensure the consistency of material density. 3、 Preparation for commissioning and empty vehicle experiment of granulator

1. Check if the electricity, gas, and water in the workshop are in place and in standby mode.

2. Rotate the potentiometer switch on the granulator operation panel counterclockwise to the maximum slow speed position.

3. Due togranulatorWhen operating, the lid cannot be opened. After opening the lid, it will automatically stop to ensure safety, so it needs to be set before starting. Observe and check the stirring blade from the lid mirror. First, press the stirring blade start button (green) to observe the rotation direction of the stirring blade - it should be counterclockwise. If the rotation direction is incorrect, change the direction of the motor input line and confirm the direction before starting. If there is any abnormal noise during slow rotation, the machine should be stopped for inspection.

4. Check that the turning direction of the granulation knife should be clockwise, using the same method as described above.

5. Debug the air seal, air seal cleaning, and water cooling system of the granulator.
