The operation process of the wet mixing granulator mainly includes the following steps:
1、 Preparation work
1. Check if the power circuit is securely connected.
2. Check if the control panel is properly configured and use a control scheme that is suitable for the current process parameters.
3. Check the condition of each part of the equipment, such as whether the electrical equipment is in normal working condition, whether the water pressure is stable, etc.
2、 Add ingredients
1. Weigh the raw materials to be granulated according to the formula in proportion.
2. Pour the weighed raw materials into the granulator, and then turn on the water pump switch to spray water into the machine.
3. Adjust the nozzle height and spray volume, and determine the appropriate moisture content based on the actual situation.
3、 Operation
1. Turn on the machine power, press the start button, and ensure that the granulator is working properly.
2. Monitor the operating status of the equipment, paying special attention to the particle size, shape, and density of the machine output.
3. Adjust the equipment operation status based on actual process parameters.
4、 Cleaning
1. Turn off the power, remove the device casing, and unscrew the nozzle.
2. Clean the inside of the equipment and the nozzle, and keep the equipment clean and dry.
3. Reinstall the nozzle and equipment casing.
