Process flow of double cone rotary vacuum dryer

The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a drying equipment widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and agriculture. Its advantages lie in high drying efficiency, good drying quality, and easy operation.
The structure of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer is relatively simple, mainly composed of a drum, drum support, planetary gear reducer, motor, vacuum pump, heater, temperature controller and other components. Among them, the drum is the core component of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, which has two conical grooves that can rotate and heat to accelerate the drying process of the dried material. A vacuum pump is used to extract gas from the drying chamber, creating a vacuum environment and further promoting the evaporation of moisture from the dried material.
The process flow of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer equipment is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Loading materials
Firstly, add the material to be dried into the drum and seal the double cone rotary vacuum dryer to ensure the vacuum level of the gas inside the drying chamber.
2. Heating up
Next, heat the heater to a certain temperature and bring it into contact with the material inside the drum, gradually adapting and accelerating the evaporation of the material.
3. Rotation
By using a planetary reducer and motor control system to rotate the material inside the drum, the goal is to evenly expose the material to the heater. Therefore, the motor of the drum is a crucial component. During the rotation of the drum, the material continuously flows downwards and follows the friction of the drum shell to constantly stir inside the drum, thereby achieving better drying effect.
4. Vacuum extraction
Start the vacuum pump to extract the gas from the drying chamber and create a vacuum environment inside. The process of vacuum extraction is a crucial step, as the drying process has strict requirements for the type, density, and amount of gas to ensure the quality of the dried product.
5. Add inert gas
When the pressure inside the drying chamber has reached the required vacuum level, add a reactive gas to prevent chemical reactions from occurring.
6. End Qianzao
After the dried product reaches the specified moisture content, turn off all equipment and proceed to the next step of processing.
