High speed centrifugal spray dryer is composed of feeding system, spray system, drying system, collection system, exhaust system and control system.
1. Feeding system
The feeding system mainly consists of a hopper, discharge valve, mixer, pump, etc. The liquid substance is pumped out of the material trough through the pump and flows into the spray system through the discharge valve.
2. Spray system
The spray system consists of a high-speed rotating spray disk, a spray head and auxiliary equipment. The nozzle achieves the transformation from liquid phase to mist powder by adjusting the pressure and speed of the nozzle. Auxiliary equipment includes heaters and humidity sensors to maintain a stable environment inside the device.
3. Drying system
The drying system mainly consists of a heat source, a fan, and a filter. The sprayed material comes into contact with hot air in the drying chamber, and the liquid phase gradually evaporates to form solid particles. The hot air is circulated and recycled through a fan, and then filtered and purified through a filter before entering the drying room again.
4. Collection system
The collection system consists of a collection box, an airtight door, and a vibrator. The dried powder did not enter the collection box through the airtight door, and the vibrator was used to drop the powder onto the conveyor belt below for packaging.
5. Exhaust system
The exhaust system is mainly used to discharge moisture and exhaust gas, preventing pollution to the environment. The system includes forced exhaust and natural exhaust, which can effectively control the humidity and temperature inside the equipment.
6. Control system
Through automatic control, the control system can automatically adjust the spray system, drying system and exhaust system, and can collect and record data in all links.
