1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning work
Thoroughly clean the inner wall, stirring blade, and discharge port of the mixer after each use to avoid material residue and clumping.
Use a soft bristled brush or compressed air for cleaning, and avoid scratching with hard tools to prevent damage to the inner wall coating.
2. Check fasteners
Regularly inspect bolts, nuts, and other connecting components to ensure they are not loose and prevent increased vibration during operation.
3. Lubrication management
Bearings, gears, and other moving parts need to be lubricated with grease (such as No. 3 sodium based grease) according to the instructions. After the first 500 hours of operation, the oil needs to be changed, and it should be replaced every 6-12 months thereafter.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Transmission system inspection
Check the tension of the drive belt, and the sag should be about 2% of the center distance of the sprocket. If it is severely worn, it needs to be replaced.
The oil level in the gearbox should be maintained within the specified range, and it is recommended to use N68HL or N100HL hydraulic oil.
2. Seals and Electrical Systems
Regularly replace the sealing gasket of the discharge door to prevent material leakage; Check the insulation of electrical circuits to avoid the risk of short circuits.
3. Stirring blade and mixing chamber
Check the wear of the mixing blade, and if there is scraping or welding failure, repair or replace it in a timely manner.
Clean up the sediment on the interior walls of the mixing chamber to avoid affecting the uniformity of the mixing.
3、 Special maintenance
1. Corrosion and dust prevention
Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the equipment and regularly check the integrity of the coating.
Keep the working environment dry and avoid corrosive gases or dust entering the equipment.
2. Safety operation standards
Overloading operation is strictly prohibited (with a loading capacity not exceeding the rated high limit line), and it is forbidden to discharge materials without stopping or start at full load.
It is prohibited to insert hands or tools into the mixing chamber during equipment operation, and sampling must be stopped first.
4、 Long term maintenance recommendations
1. Establish maintenance records, including data on cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement, to facilitate tracking of equipment status.
2. Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with emergency shutdown and fault handling procedures.
Through the above maintenance measures, the service life of the double screw cone mixer can be effectively extended, ensuring mixing efficiency and production safety.
