Oral liquid filling machine is a common packaging equipment widely used in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, etc. In order to ensure the normal operation of the filling machine, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce the failure rate, and improve production efficiency, this operating procedure is formulated.
1、 Preparation work
1. Go to the workshop and check if the filling machine equipment is in good condition.
2. Check necessary equipment such as nut wrenches, wrenches, pliers, parts lists, etc.
3. Check if the workspace is clean and tidy
4. Investigate the operating procedures and necessary safety measures of the equipment.
2、 Cleaning and disinfection
1. The filling machine, conveyor tube, and filling room should be cleaned and disinfected after production is completed.
2. Cleaning: Remove the filling room and conveyor pipe, and clean and disinfect them separately.
3. This component is divided into three parts: (1) dispensing room; (2) Filling room; (3) Collecting bottles; Each component needs to be cleaned separately: ① Remove the joints, valves, infusion tubes, and nozzles in the filling and dispensing rooms, and clean them separately. ② Check the flow meter instrument and clean it promptly if there is any dirt. ③ Rinse with a high-pressure water gun.
4. Disinfection: Remove the filling room and conveyor pipe, and clean and disinfect them separately.
5. Disinfection method: Put all parts of the filling room and conveying pipe into clean water, rinse with 70% ethanol disinfectant for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse with hot water. Finally, place the filling room and conveyor pipe in a ventilated area to dry for 8 hours or more.
6. Collection bottle: Remove residual medication from the collection bottle, clean and disinfect it, or replace it with a new one.
3、 Workflow
1. Determine the filling dosage according to production requirements.
2. Set up filling flow meters as needed to ensure accurate filling of the equipment.
3. Start the equipment and perform the filling operation.
4. During the operation, if any problems or abnormalities are found, it is necessary to immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting and handling.
4、 End of work
1. After shutdown, drain the remaining oral liquid or wash and soak it in a test tube with a solution of vitamin C concentration of 5%.
2. Check the equipment to ensure that it is in good condition.
3. Describe the workload and equipment status.
4. Clean and store the corresponding components according to regulations.
