1. Check before startup
Before using the tunnel sterilization oven, it is necessary to check whether the equipment is in good condition, including:
(1) Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the switch is intact;
(2) Check if the heating tube is blocked, and clean it promptly if there is any blockage;
(3) Check if the inside of the oven is dry and if there is any odor. If there is any, clean it promptly;
(4) Check if the hot air circulation is unobstructed.
2. Startup of oven
Before starting up, turn on the filter, fan, and hot air circulation switch valve to ensure smooth circulation of hot air. Then, start the oven according to the following procedure:
(1) Press the 'power' switch to turn on the device's power supply;
(2) Set appropriate temperature and time parameters;
(3) Press the 'Start' button to start running.
3. Operation process
Tunnel sterilization oven is generally used for sterilization and drying of items, and the specific operation process is as follows:
(1) Put the items to be processed into the sterilization oven;
(2) Reasonably set temperature and time parameters to meet the requirements of the sterilization process;
(3) Wait for the sterilization to be completed, remove the sterilized items, and dry them;
(4) Wait for the drying to finish, turn off the oven, and take out the dried items.
4. Handling after shutdown
The shutdown process of the tunnel sterilization oven is as follows:
(1) Set the device to 'standby' or turn off the oven:
(2) Clean up the residues inside the device in a timely manner to avoid cross infection:
(3) Cut off the power and turn off the power switch.
