The two-dimensional motion mixer belongs to the composite type mixer, which consists of a material cylinder, two sets of material cylinder motion mechanisms, and upper and lower frames for installing the two sets of material cylinder motion mechanisms. Among them, the material cylinder is fixed on the upper frame, and the material cylinder movement mechanisms are respectively circular motion and swinging motion. On the one hand, the mixing bucket is driven by a circular motion transmission mechanism to make circular motion around its axis of symmetry, and on the other hand, it is driven by a swinging transmission mechanism to make swinging motion around a horizontal axis orthogonal to its axis of symmetry, so that the material cylinder can simultaneously achieve two-dimensional motion due to the combined effects of rotation and swinging, which are independent of each other. At the same time, in addition, the inner wall of the barrel is welded with a cutting plate, which can scatter the material into space, thereby making the material more thoroughly mixed and increasing the radial movement of the material, thus turning it into a three-dimensional motion, allowing the material to be fully mixed. Due to the rock process, strong axial pulses can be generated in the material, resulting in a combined effect of diffusion mixing and convection mixing at every moment of mixing motion.

The specifications of the rock mixer are: loading coefficient of 50-60%, mixing uniformity of 98-99% (high mixing uniformity coefficient of variation of Cv=1%), and mixing time of about 16-20 minutes.
